Our profession is currently dealing with the Bankruptcy and Diligence etc (Scotland) Act 2007, which brings about significant reforms to Bankruptcy as well as introducing new diligences and changes in relation to Diligence against Earnings, Inhibitions being raised in the Sheriff Court and changes to Arrestments amongst others.
